Get rid of the negative belief

In sequence of the previous post, lets find how can we get rid of our negative believe. We need to follow six steps:

1 - Find the negative belief
2 - Create distance from the negative belief
3 - looking for your own image
4 - Decide a better way to lead the situation
5 - Remember that outside is a reflex of inside
6 - Use daily quotes or mantras directed to inconscious

As we can see, this is an exercise of discipline, of perseverance, of persistence, of consistency.
The negative believe makes the difference between being successful or not.
