I’m reading a great book, offered by a colleague of mine some months ago, after having an executive leadership program at Harvard. Seems this book it’s a kind of reference there, in order to inspire many top executives.

Throughout the book, Bill and Sims tell us how to practice an authentic leadership. But, instead of mentioning only theories and studies, they talk about real situations in real life. With Interviews, stories, examples of companies and leaders, the authors can prove that the future of leadership is changing.

About title’s book, True North means many people, when in leadership positions, lose their north, meaning of life, sense of purpose, feeling of joy. After a period of struggle, some leaders find again their purpose, their values and their mission. After all, they find their true north. This is a must-read book.
